We're a startup that turns raw datasets into actionable insights for clients looking to get insights into startups.

We're looking for a QA engineer to support build out/maintenance of a SaaS web app. Need someone who can commit to 5-20h/week and be available for on-demand support of the application.

You will work with an experienced engineer who has built out the app from scratch and with the CEO of the startup. This is an entrepreneurial opportunity, we're an early stage startup where you'll be learning a lot and will see your work directly impact client deliverables and potentially open source community.

Our tech stack:
* data pipeline: pandas, pyspark, sql, d6tflow
* db: aws athena, snowflake, postgres
* api: flask, sqlalchemy
* web: React, React MUI
* ml: sklearn, txtai

We're not looking for someone who knows all these, but are looking for someone who can quickly learn. See more details below.

Sample deliverables:
* unit test react and flask components to validate business logic
* script to check of schema changes in vendor databases
* data preprocessing for ML model building
* build/make updates to api/webapp
* investigate and fix job failures

Desired Skills
* broad experience or interest to broaden experience, not just building web apps
* ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
* cloud data processing experience beneficial
* do NOT want a perfectionist, looking for someone who can bring a working solution quickly and iterate towards making it better
* fluent communicator in English
* available for weekly update calls some time 9am-9pm ET
