we are a small team and actualy looking for a support dev who can support us on various fixes or landing page development.

WE DON'T USE BUILDER,
As a team we avoid to use elementor or wp backery or etc instead
we use Advanced custom field or eventually light themes like Neve/gutenberg;

As you may understand, php js and jquery are really required most of the time so you should be proficient in those;
