The main idea was to create a very comfortable workplace for copywriters. But in the end whether you're a business, startup, artist, or private person, this product is for everyone. It replaces many chats, emails, and additional task managers. Completely allows for collecting feedback and getting approval without any mess. Review a document > choose a status > add feedback. A simple and transparent system for everybody.

The project's main task was to improve and facilitate the interaction between copywriters and customers based on the DACI framework. In this application, copywriters can collect detailed information about all their current projects – deadlines, details, people involved, and decision-makers. And have a quick access to the information using Google Extensions designed for Completely.

The main challenge was to give freelancers a tool for working with multiple projects simultaneously and implement DACI: Decision Making Framework. The challenging part was to give the same level of flexibility to teams and freelancers and make a simple and informative Dashboard for all the users.

We simplified Decision Making process for all users and made it more explicit. The Google Extensions give a quick access for updating document status and reviewing documents on the go. And also created the design in a minimalistic style to avoid distracting attention from the app's main functionality.
