We are a B2B company based in Germany supplying industrial tools and equipment to construction companies, warehouses, and manufacturing plants across Europe. Our current Shopify store is outdated, slow, and not converting — we need a full redesign and rebuild from scratch.

What needs to be done:
1. Full Shopify redesign (custom theme, no templates)
Our current site looks like it was built in 2016. We need a clean, professional, conversion-focused design that reflects the scale and reliability of our business.

2. UX & navigation overhaul
We have 800+ SKUs across 12 product categories. The current navigation is a mess. We need a logical structure, smart filters, and a smooth product discovery experience.

3. Speed optimization
Current load time is 5–7 seconds. We need it under 2 seconds. Google PageSpeed score should be 85+.

4. B2B-specific features:
Bulk order / quote request form
Customer account area with order history
Price tiers by customer group (retail vs. wholesale)
Integration with our ERP (we use SAP Business One — API available)

5. Mobile-first
Over 40% of our traffic is mobile, but the current site is unusable on phone. Mobile experience needs to be a priority, not an afterthought.

6. SEO foundation
Proper meta structure, canonical tags, sitemap, schema markup for products. We want to start ranking — right now we're invisible on Google.

7. Multi-language support
German (primary) + English. We use a translation app currently but need proper integration with the new theme.


What we are NOT looking for:
Pre-built templates with minor edits
Developers who disappear after launch
Agencies that outsource everything and can't communicate directly
