Reviews on SwapLance can only be left upon the completion of an order, ensuring they are based on actual work experiences. All reviews are additionally checked by the SwapLance team for authenticity.
You can read reviews on a freelancer's profile in the «Opinions» section. This section includes not only the reviews left by clients, but also the reviews the freelancer themselves has left for others.
Reviews about a freelancer cannot be deleted. However, if you've left a review for a freelancer, you can edit or delete it. Navigate to your profile, go to the «Opinions» section, and choose «Reviews for Other Users». From there, you can modify or delete any review you've previously written.
Freelancers have the ability to respond to reviews they receive, allowing them to provide additional context or address any concerns raised by the client.
