Posting Orders

• One-time order: Quick tasks with a duration of 1 day to 3 months (e.g., creating a logo for a new brand).
• Medium-term order: Projects with a clearly defined work plan and deadlines, ranging from 1 to 6 months (e.g., developing branding for a new business).
• Regular job: Long-term or complex projects that take 3 months or more (e.g., developing a brand strategy). 

Each order allows clients to detail the project's description, required skills, and attach any relevant files. Additionally, they can choose between two payment methods: Safe Deal (with budget reservation) or Direct Payment to the freelancer.

Promoting Orders

To give your orders more visibility, SwapLance offers promotional services. Clients can make orders available exclusively to PRO status freelancers at no extra cost. For a fee, orders can also be pinned to the first page, highlighted in search results, or hidden from search engine indexing and unregistered users.

Reviewing Proposals

Freelancers submit their proposals, stating their budget and timeline. Clients can mark preferred freelancers as «Candidates,» and after consideration, select a freelancer as the «Contractor.» Although a 2.95% fee applies to Safe Deals, this payment method guarantees the client's funds are secure in case of disputes or other issues with the freelancer.

Collaborating on Projects

Once the contractor confirms the order, the client reserves the order amount, and the contractor begins work. We recommend connecting notifications in Telegram for timely updates on your order.

The «Work Progress» page facilitates communication and collaboration between the client and the contractor. This chat feature should be used to note key project milestones, aiding in potential dispute resolution.

After project completion, the funds transfer to the contractor, and both parties can leave feedback.

Finding Freelancers

Clients can search for freelancers in the «Contractors» section, using filters or the search function for specific skills, experience, or other parameters. Clients can also directly offer orders to freelancers.

Security and Support

SwapLance's Safe Deal protects clients' funds, refunding the full amount if a deal fails. In case of a dispute, your funds are insured.

For any queries, clients can contact our support team through the dedicated section, providing their email for a response.

Clients can also become verified users by providing identity documents, boosting trust from freelancers.
